The Force is back! Singapore's oldest and most established trail race is back again for 2026 under the banner of GU Forest Force Run Series. Going back to 2017 when Forest Force Run was born, we have carried the torch through the years as it evolved from a full blown trail race to one of a hybrid trail & PCN race in the post Covid era. Massive changes implemented in the post Covid era has resulted in altering our race format to include less trails and more Park Connectors as regulated by National Parks Board. Thus Forest Force Run post Covid was rebranded as a unique trail & PCN hybrid race. This new hybrid format was introduced in 2023 to great success and we are now boldly moving into the 4th edition of this hybrid format.
We have once again mixed things up for this year's edition by changing the distance categories from the 2025 race series. For 2026, we will be offering a 10.5km, 14.5km, 21km and 30km categories. The first race, the 10.5km will be a special non competitive Valentine's Day fun run! It even comes with a fun football penalty shoot out game post race! How about that for being innovative game changers!?
All 4 distance categories will be held on separate dates and comes with new race venues and routes! That's right, we will be introducing new race venues and routes in line with our established reputation as a innovative race organiser.

RACE INFORMATION
Due to the non availability of major sections of trails due to new post – pandemic restrictions, the trail sections in the current race routes have been reduced. We had to improvise as much as we were allowed to by the relevant Parks authorities. GU Forest Force Run Series is an unorthodox hybrid race which consists of a wide variety of terrain. It is not to be mistaken for as a purely trail race which it is not. However trails make up for at least 60% of the race routes.

21km Berserker Run
Time to go berserk with this special route. Why is it special? Because it has something for all runners. Whether you are a hardcore trail fanatic or the casual PCN weekend warrior, this beautiful beast of a route has everything. From rolling trails to rolling PCNs, it's the perfect blend of trails and PCNs all rolled into one tough 21km route. You will definitely go berserk and earn the title of Berserker at the finish!

30km: Centurion Run
The Centurion 30km Run is the grand finale of the GU Forest Force Run Series 2026. This is the ultimate trail race in our series with 65% of the route on trails and the remaining 35% on PCNs. With constant ups and downs throughout the route, this is a very challenging race which requires mental, physical fortitude and discipline like that of a Centurion in ancient Rome. Hence we have termed it Centurion Run. This route has been designed expertly with care to ensure minimum obstacles to participants, meaning no unnecessary road sections, running on unmarked trail sections, bushwhacking through unsafe trail sections and as minimum as possible traffic junction crossings. It’s a route that’s simple and yet supremely challenging at the same time. Finishers will be bestowed the rank of Centurion via a exclusive Centurion Finisher tee shirt. Last but not least, it’s a UTMB Index ranked race. If you are gunning for the ultimate pinnacle of trail racing, the UTMB World Series, then the Centurion 30km Run is a stepping stone to that glorious goal.
